A virtual training course covering pest control sales and offering personalized feedback is designed to elevate success, whether attendees are seasoned professionals or just starting out.

The Pest Control Sales Masterclass is an intensive six-week virtual training course featuring proven sales strategies tailored specifically to the pest management industry. Interactive sessions are aimed at honing sales skills and addressing real-world challenges.

The course is open to eight participants to ensure maximum interaction and value. Foster Brusca, co-owner of The Pest Posse, author, veteran sales professional, and Pest Management Professional (PMP) columnist and Editorial Advisory Board member, will provide an in-depth exploration of key concepts from his best-selling book, “Fundamentals of Pest Control.”

It will offer insights and strategies that will elevate performance and drive success. In addition, Brusca will offer personalized feedback and guidance based on his expertise and passion for pest control.

With more than 30 years of experience in the pest control industry, Brusca has become a powerhouse in sales, consistently exceeding targets and delighting clients with his expertise. He worked his way up from the ground floor of pest control companies to eventually performing pest control sales with unprecedented success. His achievements included being the first salesperson at the pest control company he worked for to sell $500,000 in commercial services in one year, as well as selling over $1 million in commercial services in one year. Brusca’s approach to sales is rooted in authenticity and a deep understanding of customer needs, which allows him to forge meaningful connections and drive business growth.

Brusca also hosts the “Today’s PMP” podcast with Diane Sofranec, PMP’s senior editor. New episodes are available twice a month on Pest Posse TV. The series shares the latest developments in the pest control industry, and takes a sneak peek at what will be inside the latest issue.
