A number of hotels—and two hotel companies—appointed sales and marketing leaders at the property and regional level in the final days of 2025 and the first of 2026. Here are some names to know.

Andaz West Hollywood

In Los Angeles, the Andaz West Hollywood has appointed Brittany Jernigan (BJ) Hampton director of sales, marketing & events.

Before joining Andaz West Hollywood, Hampton was area director of sales and marketing for Hyatt Lifestyle West, supporting Wild Palms Hotel and Hotel Avante.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Jackson State University and a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, and is currently continuing her studies in data analytics and real estate.

Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles

Nayiri Ozbardakci will be the debut director of sales & marketing for the upcoming Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles.

Ozbardakci most recently was director of sales & marketing at Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles-Monterey Park. Before that, she held senior sales roles at Embassy Suites by Hilton Arcadia-Pasadena and at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, overseeing group, corporate, and leisure sales across multiple properties. Mizenko will oversee sales strategy, performance, and account development for the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District, Holiday Inn Express Savannah Historic District and Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, representing more than 400 rooms in downtown Savannah. Mizenko has nearly a decade of experience in the market and established partnerships with Visit Savannah, the Tourism Leadership Council and multiple regional associations.

St. Regis Bora Bora Resort and the Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa

Tim Anderson is the new market director of sales & marketing overseeing both the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort and recently opened Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa.

Anderson’s most recent role was director of marketing in Hawaii at Westin Maui Resort & Spa Kāʻanapali Beach, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s marketing vision and lead the relaunch of the Hōkūpaʻa Tower after a $160 million renovation, and the launch of resort’s Valley Alley, an entertainment outlet and arcade.

Before his tenure in Hawaii, Anderson was the director of sales & marketing at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale and The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. He also was global account director at Omni Hotels & Resorts and started his career in hospitality with Marriott as the front office manager at the Residence Inn in Tucson.
